RETURN and CANCELLATION POLICY

It is our mission to provide quality alpaca products to you and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order notify us by email before we ship.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit if the goods are returned in new condition and have not been used. Refund/store credit is limited to purchase price. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please notify us via email if you are returning items so we will know when to expect the package.
